Join us for an introductory session about the intriguing world of fungi with Peter from Fungi Co

Learn about the basics of fungal ecology, why fungi are an important part of our ecosystem and diets and the basics of growing edible mushrooms at home, including different growing methods and ongoing care. 

This workshop includes a practical session where you will get to prepare and take home your own oyster mushroom set up. 
You will also learn the basics of wood log inoculation for creating a living mushroom garden. A living mushroom garden is being set up at the Canberra Environment Centre, which will be used as a practical demonstration.

Peter will be selling other mushroom kits on the day if you wish to purchase more varieties. 

Price includes all materials.

Refund Policy: Please kindly note that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other workshops, however you are welcome to pass your ticket on to another person.
