John Fitz Gerald from the Umbagong Landcare Group, will share his knowledge and teach us about the plants, birds, creek, and ecology of the park. John will also show us the local art work by Geoff Filmer, part of a series of flora and fauna murals commissioned by Icon Water for their infrastructure.

Come remove as many herbaceous weeds as possible before they flower and produce seeds at Mt Majura. The main weeds are several species of thistles including Variegated thistle, Horehound and Buchan Weed.
