Backyard Chickens
Learn the basics of keeping chickens in your backyard from our permaculture presenter Martyn Noakes.

An introduction to cultivating wellbeing, mindset and skills for making good decisions for sustainable living with permaculture trainer Lizzy Smith.
5 Steps to an Energy Efficient Home
A whirl-wind guide to how to improve your home’s thermal performance, upgrade to high efficiency electric appliances, get off gas, and install a solar system! Actsmart’s Ren Webb will explain how he implemented all these changes in his 1970s home so that its’ Energy Efficiency Rating increased from 2 stars up to 6.9 stars, and it now generates around 5 times more energy than used by his family.
