Clothing the Loop: Clothing the Loop: Fashion, Art, and Action for a Circular Future
This Spring, fashion meets activism in a bold new festival designed to inspire circular thinking in our wardrobes and our community. Clothing the Loop brings together local change makers Australian Dance Party and designer Kelli Donovan to spark fresh ideas around textiles, waste, and sustainable fashion – right here in the ACT.
Across a full day and evening, audiences are invited to engage their heads, hands and hearts with a dynamic program of workshops, discussions, performances and fashion experiences. From sewing circles and textile art, to a giant clothes swap and a runway featuring local designers, the festival blends creativity with practical action on the fast fashion and waste crisis.
