Talk to six people who you think are not convinced about taking climate action. Engage with them respectfully, and make an effort to share the values of climate hope.

It is important to speak with those around you about climate change, even if their opinions differ from yours.

Professor Mark Howden AC believes in always putting respect at the forefront of climate discussions.

As an environmentally focused NGO, we strive to support outlets and programs that promote climate action. However, we cannot forget the impact of a simple conversation; we need to be proactive in ensuring that climate change discussions are not trivialised and are accessible to everyone.

So, get out there. Talk respectfully to your family, your friends, and the people you work with!
