Identifying Edible Weeds

Learn how to identify common backyard weeds such as wild brassicas, mallow and dandelion. Sarah Aylott will guide you through using common plants that are probably growing very close to home. Learn about key features to look out for in each weed and how to incorporate weeds into your everyday diet.

Sarah is a highly experienced weed identifier who shows a passion and eagerness to share her knowledge.

This workshop will be held at the Dickson Wetlands. Detailed directions will be emailed to ticket holders prior to the event.

Edible Weed tea and snacks provided too and a weed ID key handout.
